SKF High Temperature Deep Groove Ball Bearing

SKF Ball Bearings are designed to deliver increased reliability, reduced complexity and decreased environmental impact in high operating temperatures.

Features:

• Excellent performance in hot conditions, dry environments and low rotational speed applications
• Temperature range -30°C to 150°C
• Suitable for high and very high speeds
• Steel/Ceramic ball material
• Plain race type
• Low friction
• Available in many designs, variants and sizes

• 2RZ - RZ low-friction non-contact seal on both sides of the bearing
• 2ZNR - Shield on both sides, snap ring groove in the outer ring, with snap ring
• NR - Snap ring groove in the outer ring, with an appropriate snap ring
• E - Reinforced ball set

Cage Design

• TN9 - Glass fibre reinforced polyamide 66 cages, rolling element centred
• Stainless steel

Lubrication

• GJN - Grease with a polyurea thickener of consistency 2 to the NLGI scale for a temperature range -30°C to +150°C (normal fill grade) VT162 - Lubricated with Klueber Isoflex Topas NB52 grease
• WT - Grease with a polyurea thickener of consistency 2 to 3 to the NLGI Scale for a temperature range –40°C to +160 °C
• LHT - Grease with a lithium thickener of consistency 2 to 3 to the NLGI Scale for a temperature range –50°C to +140 °C
• HT - Grease with a polyurea thickener of consistency 2 to 3 to the NLGI Scale for a temperature range –40°C to +150 °C (normal fill grade)

Accuracy/Clearance

• C2 - Radial internal clearance smaller than normal C3 - Internal clearance greater than normal
• C4 - Radial internal clearance greater than C3
• C5 - Radial internal clearance greater than C4
