Murata LLL Series Reversed Type Low ESL Monolithic Ceramic Capacitors
LLL series monolithic ceramic capacitors (MLCC) with standard 2 terminals, reversed geometry and X7R temperature coefficient (apart from stock number 841-6747 which is X7S). These LLL series monolithic ceramic capacitors have a low ESL of 150 to 250pH and are suitable for noise reduction at high frequencies (>200MHz). These LLL series monolithic ceramic capacitors are designed for use in power supply decoupling circuits for very high-speed (>1GHz) CPU applications and offer reduced "ground bounce", noise reduction and improved power supply response time.
