The Robust design of these versatile 38999 connectors is ideal for use where shock and EMI-RFI protection is required, also these MIL-DTL-38999 connectors have a quick mate threaded coupling system combined with a high performance anti-vibration mechanism. A unique feature of these wall mount connectors is a stub acme style thread on the coupling nut and receptacles to avoid the possibility of cross threading which also ease of blind mating. The EMI-RFI performance of these 38999 series III connectors is enhanced further by the built in grounding spring mechanism.
