PL 450B 450nm Blue Laser Diode
The PL 450B from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors is a single mode blue laser diode. It comes in a TO 38 package and is an efficient radiation source for continuous wave (CW) or pulsed operation.
The PL 450B is suitable for applications including; laser projection, laser shows, biomedical applications, holographs and metrology.
Warning
These laser diodes are OEM devices and conform to the emission criteria of BS (EN) 60825. It is recommended that this standard and the Data Sheet are read before these lasers are used. Serious eye damage may result if any laser of 1mW or above is pointed directly at the eye.
