Isolated Gate Driver Optocouplers, Broadcom
The Broadcom optically isolated gate drive devices are optimised for driving IGBT and Power MOSFET transistors. The optocouplers exhibit rail-to-rail output, fast gate switching speed, high Common Mode Rejection (CMR) and reinforced insulation.Broadcom R2Coupler™ isolation products provide the reinforced insulation and reliability needed for critical automotive and high temperature applications.
The isolated gate driver optocouplers are ideal for use in motor control and power conversion applications. This is a solution where the logic signals is isolated and protected from high voltages.
