The XLamp XQ-A LEDs from Cree form part of their XQ family. The XQ-A LEDs are mid-power devices in an SMD ceramic package. They provide a cost-effective option within the XQ family.
This compact package is the same for all XQ LEDs. XQ-A LEDs enable you to expand your portfolio of products, without having to redesign for different LED packages.
