SMART SAM3U ARM® Cortex-M3 Microcontrollers
Based on the ARM® Cortex®-M3 Flash microcontroller, the Atmel® SMART SAM3U comes with on-chip high-speed USB Device-and-Transceiver, SDIO/SDCard/MMC and SPI interfaces. The series also includes QTouch capacitive touch support, dual-bank Flash, and memory protection unit.
