Murata KRM Series Metal Terminal Monolithic Ceramic Chip Capacitors
KRM series chip monolithic (MLCC) capacitors with increased reliability for thermal and mechanical stress. These KRM series MLCC automotive capacitors have ferric alloy terminals that lift the capacitor up to 1mm above the PCB to eliminate the transmission of bending forces between the capacitor and PCB caused by sharp temperature changes and mechanical impact in automotive applications. Space saving and high capacitance is achieved by two capacitors being stacked on top of one another and acoustic noise caused by ceramic vibration is reduced. These KRM MLCC capacitors are suitable for commercial applications such as power supply circuits.
