S12XD Series Microcontroller Units
S12XD Series are low-cost, 16-bit microcontroller units with an integrated PLL circuit that allows flexibility with power consumption and performance to suit the operational requirements of the user.
S12XD microcontroller units include the standard on-chip peripherals below;
