S12XD Series Microcontroller Units
S12XD Series are low-cost, 16-bit microcontroller units with an integrated PLL circuit that allows flexibility with power consumption and performance to suit the operational requirements of the user.
S12XD microcontroller units include the standard on-chip peripherals below;

512 K bytes of Flash EEPROM
32 K bytes of RAM
6 asynchronous Serial Communications Interfaces (SCI)
3 Serial Peripheral Interfaces (SPI)
8-channel IC/OC Enhanced Capture Timer
8-channel 10-bit Analogue to Digital Converter
16-channel 10-bit Analogue to Digital Converter
8-channel Pulse-Width Modulator
5 CAN 2.0 A, B software compatible modules (MSCAN12)
