MC7815 Linear voltage regulator, ON Semiconductor
The ON Semiconductor linear voltage regulators generate a fixed 15 V output with 2% or 4% tolerances. The MC7815 positive voltage regulator includes safe area compensation; it also has internal current limiting and thermal shutdown overload protection.
