RS PRO Screened RJ45 T adapter
From RS PRO, this handy RJ45 adapter splits one RJ45 connection into two. With straight-through wiring, the splitter is an easy way to wire two devices to a single RJ45 port by connecting three RJ45 cable assemblies. This might be handy for reducing the number of cables required to run multiple computers to a switch or hub, or simply as a cable coupler extender solution.
The shielded t-adapter is Cat 5, and ideal for ethernet cable applications. Wherever a hardwire network connection is preferred over wi-fi in LAN setups, cat5 cable and connectors are a reliable standard.
As it is screened, this RJ45 splitter is protected and can be used with shielded RJ45 cables in environments where EMI interference is a concern.
