Automatic chain tensioners are mechanical devices used to maintain the correct tension in a chain drive and thus increasing it’s life. In automatically compensating for chain stretch, the RS chain tensioner also considerably reduces drive vibration and noise. The RS chain tensioner is truly “fit and forget” enabling high drive reliability and very low maintenance costs.
