From the trusted RS PRO brand, this SMD solder rework station is a 2 in 1 solution that includes a hot air gun and soldering iron. Combining these functionalities into one unit means you have extra worktop space available for other activities. For reworking that requires desoldering and re-soldering, this station is compoct and efficient solution.
The unit features two LED displays, one for the rework temperature and one for the soldering temperature, allowing you control and confidence. The soldering iron comes complete with a stand, and features an alumina ceramic heating element for high-power and fast heat up.

Applications

This rework station is designed with SMD components in mind, and can be used with surface mount or through-hole components. This includes QFP and SOP packaged devices. For repair and prototyping, and any application where a circuit board component might have to be removed or adjusted, this hot air rework station is ideal.
