Ürün Ayrıntıları
The NSK Miniature linear guides are typically used in semiconductor and life science applications and feature ball bearing type with two bearing circuits. They offer moderate load capability and speed, along with high acceleration performance. These guides are designed with interchangeable components and deliver highly smooth motion due to optimized ball recirculation. The ball slide is approximately 20% lighter than conventional models such as the LU and LE series, thanks to the use of resin materials. The incorporation of resin components in the ball circulation system also helps reduce collision noise between steel balls and the circulating circuit walls, leading to lower noise intensity. Additionally, the new design significantly reduces particle generation compared to conventional models.
