The CAL 3200 temperature controller is designed for easy use and installation and is reliable within the most demanding process and manufacturing applications. Suitable for use in a 1/32DIN panel cut out and is suitable for a wide range of environments.
Designed for a variety of applications, the CAL3200 is made for use in both industrial and scientific environments. The impact resistant, smoked fascia has large rubberised buttons with positive feedback for trusted operation. This aids both in user functionality and durability over time, with reliability that typical operation will remain consistent and without fail.
PID tuning is simple and efficient whilst the unique DAC function minimises overshoot. The one shot autotune algorithm
The IP65 / NEMA 4X sealed fascia gives full protection against dust as well as low pressure water jets from any direction to ensure reliability in wet or heavy dust areas over time and with the addition of large rubberised buttons, use in any environment is easy.
9 thermocouples as well as RTD and PT100 inputs cover all popular sensor types and are linearised over their full usable range for maximum functionality in any sector. The 3200s 5 alarm modes gives flexibly in application with both deviation and full scale alarm options. Choosing between high, low or band deviation alarms as well as high and low full scale alarms, almost any application can be catered for.
