This ethernet cable provides shielded twisted-pair connectivity for network installations requiring stable data transmission over a 100m run. Designed for general networking use, it combines a tin-plated copper alloy braid with a flexible thermoplastic elastomer outer sheath to support installations where electromagnetic protection and cable pliability are needed.
A continuous braid made from tin-plated copper alloy surrounds the twisted pairs to lower susceptibility to external electromagnetic interference.
The thermoplastic elastomer jacket provides a balance of flexibility and toughness, facilitating routing through cable trays and conduit while resisting abrasion.
The construction incorporates flame-retardant characteristics intended for use in areas where reduced flammability is required.
It fulfils IEC 61156-5 requirements and carries RoHS and DIN ISO 16016 approvals relevant to Cat5e network cables.
