A Nylon 6 sheet optimised with a Molybdenum Disulphide for a low friction and self-lubricating engineering sheet capable of handing high temperatures and high mechanical strength applications.
Nylon 6 is a high-performance thermoplastic with excellent mechanical properties. It has a high level of machineability, a high tensile strength, stiffness and a high level of heat resistance.
Unaffected by chlorinated hydrocarbons, impact resistant with a high abrasion and ultraviolet resistance the Nylon 6 sheets are Ideal for a wide range of uses. These include higher stress applications such as the creation of bushes, friction bearings, gears, wheels, and machine parts.
