RS PRO Foot Switch Guard Cover

Guard your foot switches against accidental operation with this hardwearing guard cover from RS PRO. A component of this type serves a vital safety function in busy working environments where a misstep could have unintended consequences.
The guard is moulded from lightweight polymeric material and is ideal for use in situations where a much heavier sheet steel cover would be impractical. It's tough and resistant to impacts and comes in a bright orange colour for maximum visibility. The guard will accept a wide range of single foot switch models.
Foot switches are commonly found in medical settings, where they're used as a hygienic alternative to hand switches. They're also important safety features in industrial machinery and other applications where hands-free switching is more practical.
