By RS Pro, a high quality range of LED indicators. Each indicator has a compact and durable build, enhanced by their IP40 rating. Making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor harsh environments. Quick and easy installation is a primary feature of these indicators, each unit includes pin terminals for convenience. All models are highly reliable and excellent quality.
For excellent performance, enhanced by a long life and low power consumption, then LED is the way forward. However, there are various other reasons to consider:
• Temperature - LED's give off a far cooler temperature than what an incandescent or neon light would.
• Direction - LED's will only emit light in a single direction, reducing the need for additional components, such as reflectors. Although this wouldn't apply if the LED indicator is being used as a circuit board signal.
• Cost - typically as LED's are in a larger supply than standard bulbs or pilot lights, they are a more cost effective solution to purchase, as well as run.
Uses of indicators fall entirely down to the user. They can be fixed to PCB circuit boards and mounted on push buttons and switches. Primarily, these types of indicators are used within circuit boards and electronic designs. This is due to their relatively small size, as compared with other types of indicators, such as car turn signals.
As standard, each indicator is fully supplied with a fixing nut, washer and a gasket. To ensure a quick and easy installation process.
All products have a reverse voltage of 5V.
