This panel-mounted PID (proportional integral derivative) controller from RS PRO provides accurate and precise temperature checks using an exact control loop mechanism. It's well-suited to all kinds of industrial environments where it's essential that equipment temperatures remain stable.
PID controllers use feedback from a thermocouple to ensure that process temperatures remain constant as the user setpoint, preventing overshoots and lag in process temperatures.
This sophisticated temperature controller is designed for ease of use and trouble-free programming. Its clear LED display is easy to read and there's a simple set-up menu with 10 configuration parameters and three-button operation.
PID controllers are very efficient in their response to sudden fluctuations in temperature. This RS PRO-branded controller complies with EN 61326 on immunity and emissions regarding electromagnetic compatibility for electrical equipment. It also meets EN 61010-1 on the safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use.
