Need a hexagon (hex) drive thread tap for both hand and power tool tapping? The tap's high-speed steel (HSS) construction guarantees it will resist high temperatures and general wear and tear. It has a hex shank, so you can easily use it with hex drills and tools. This tap cuts threads of the M4 size, which is 4 mm with a thread pitch of 0.7 mm. It's been packed and handled in compliance with British (British Standard EN 61340-5-1:2007) and international (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014) electrostatic control standards, meaning it minimises the risk of electrostatic discharge (ESD).
