The SMS series of TVS Diodes from Semtech protect sensitive electronics components from overvoltage. They are perfect for applications such as mobile phones & mobile phone accessories, PDAs, pagers and notebooks. The SMS TVS diodes are also suitable for microprocessor based applications, peripherals and industrial equipment.
