This level sensor is a Compact IO-Link device for detecting fluid levels in automated processes. It is built for threaded installation and constructed from a combination of food-grade 316L stainless steel and a chemically resistant polyetherimide material, enabling use where corrosion resistance and material compatibility are required. The unit operates across a wide ambient temperature range and is suited to control and monitoring systems that communicate via IO-Link.
It is designed for threaded mounting allowing secure integration into process ports and tank fittings.
Wetted components include 316L stainless steel for compatibility with food applications and polyetherimide for chemical resistance.
The IO-Link connection enables parameter access and digital data exchange with compatible automation controllers.
It can operate down to -40°C and up to 70°C while maintaining functional integrity.
It is rated to withstand system pressures up to 64 bar for use in demanding pressure scenarios.
